AI for MSPs: fewer half-empty tickets, more time for project work

AI for MSPs: AI per Aziende, an Italian studio, builds custom tools for small MSPs, IT support companies and independent sysadmins. An assistant collects complete user requests and the AI drafts documentation, procedures and monthly client reports from your notes. Technical decisions stay with you. It starts with a free 30-minute call.

  • Free discovery call
  • A working demo before you sign

Where the day goes

  • 'The internet's not working', and nothing else

The request lands on WhatsApp at 8:05 am: no device name, no site, no screenshot. Your tech's first fifteen minutes go on questions, and across twenty requests a day that's half a working day gone.

  • Documentation is always behind

You reconfigured the firewall, swapped a switch, rewrote the backup rules. It all should have gone into the client's documentation, but between emergencies it stays in your head or a scratch file.

  • Clients ask for paperwork they never used to

Procedures, asset lists, incident plans: with regulations such as NIS2 and supplier questionnaires, even small clients now want documents written properly. Writing them from scratch for each one is unbillable.

  • Monthly reports nobody reads, but you still owe

At month end you export tickets, add up hours and write a few lines per client. It's what justifies the contract, and it gets done in the evening when you should be doing something else.

What the AI actually does

Complete requests before they reach a technician

An assistant on WhatsApp, Telegram or your website replies to the user, asks for company, site, device, what they see and since when, plus a screenshot, then hands you a tidy ticket summary. It never touches client systems: it collects and summarises.

Example
At 8:05 am a user at an accounting office writes 'can't print'. The assistant asks which printer, whether colleagues are affected and for a photo of the error. At 8:07 you have the summary: whole office, queue stuck since yesterday's update. You know where to start.

Priority suggestions built to your rules

In the prototype we build category and priority suggestions on your rules and each client's contract. A technician confirms or corrects in one tap, and the suggestion never becomes a decision on its own.

Example
Monday morning, fourteen requests are waiting. Following the rules you set, the suggestion puts two at the top: a server at a priority-contract client and a mailbox sending odd messages. You confirm the order and decide who picks them up.

Documentation and procedures from your notes

Dictate or paste what you did and the AI updates the client record and drafts readable procedures, such as the backup plan or what to do if a laptop is compromised. Passwords and keys stay out: they belong in your credential manager, not in documents.

Example
Leaving a client site you dictate in the car: 'replaced ground-floor switch, new model, VLANs unchanged, NAS backup moved to 11 pm'. That evening the documentation is updated with the date, ready to review and save.

Monthly reports written for the client

From your ticket and time export, the AI drafts a short, plain-language report for each client: what happened, what was fixed, what you recommend next month. You review it and send it.

Example
On the 30th you export tickets for twelve clients. Half an hour later you have twelve drafts, each with that client's figures and one concrete recommendation, such as replacing the two laptops that caused most issues.

Custom tools for the way you work

The missing piece differs from shop to shop: renewal quotes, device inventory, licence and warranty expiry reminders. We build it around how you already work.

Example
A sysadmin with thirty clients wants a list every Monday of licences and warranties expiring within sixty days: we build the summary from the spreadsheet he already keeps.

How we get started

Three steps, and the first one is a no-strings conversation.

  1. 1

    Free intro call

Thirty minutes online, tech to tech. Tell us how requests come in, how many clients you look after, what you document and what you don't. We start from your real bottleneck, and if AI won't help, we say so.

  2. 2

A prototype on your rules and clients

We build a first version with your contracts, priorities and a handful of real, anonymised requests. You test it on a typical week's cases to see whether it collects and suggests what you need.

  3. 3

    Rolled out client by client

You open it to one or two clients, check the tickets that come through and we refine it together. Then you extend it to the rest. Every technical reply and every document sent to a client is approved by you.

Why AI per Aziende

AI suggests, the technician decides

Documents, reports and any priority suggestions are drafts. No action on client systems and no message to clients happens without your go-ahead.

Developers who speak your language

WhatsApp and Telegram bots, management tools and data programs are what we write to order, and we run three industry-specific platforms of our own. A weekly list of expiring licences, or a job note dictated in the car, is exactly that kind of job.

Your code, your clients

Stop working with us and the code and instructions are still yours. Inventories, client records and ticket exports serve only your tool, and we don't reuse them to train other models.

Frequently asked questions

How can AI help a small MSP?

By stripping the overhead out of support: collecting complete requests from users, keeping documentation current, drafting procedures and monthly reports and, if you want it, priority suggestions built on your rules. The real technical work stays yours. The gain is in the minutes spent every day chasing details, copying notes and writing for clients who don't read technical jargon.

Can AI resolve tickets on its own?

No, and that's not what we build. The assistant gathers information and can point to steps from your own runbooks, but it doesn't log into client systems or close tickets by itself. A technician decides and carries out every fix. It's the safest way to use AI near infrastructure that isn't yours.

Does it integrate with my PSA, like ConnectWise or Autotask?

We don't currently connect directly to existing PSA or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise, Autotask or similar. We work on the intake channels, meaning WhatsApp, Telegram and your website, plus the exports you already run. You copy or forward the finished ticket summary into your system. If you need a direct link, we discuss feasibility on the call.

Can AI help with NIS2 documentation for my clients?

It helps you write and maintain it, not decide whether a client is in scope. In Italy, for instance, NIS2 was transposed by Legislative Decree 138/2024 and covers eighteen sectors. Where a client must comply, the AI drafts procedures and inventories from your notes; the compliance assessment stays with you and the client's advisers.

Where do client passwords and sensitive data end up?

Nowhere in the generated documents: passwords, keys and credentials stay in your credential manager, and the assistant is set up never to ask for them and to remind users not to type them into the chat. Client data serves only your tool and is never used to train other models. The code and instructions stay yours.

How much does an AI tool for an MSP cost?

It depends on how many clients you look after and where time leaks: a request-intake assistant for ten contracts is a different job from a system writing docs and reports for thirty clients. On the free 30-minute intro call we find your bottleneck, then send a written price before any work begins.

How soon can I try it with a client?

Your rules and a few real, anonymised requests are enough: after the call the prototype is usually ready within a few working days. You test it yourself first, then open it to users at one or two trusted clients and review the tickets that arrive. The rest of your client base follows only once it works.
